I'm having what appears to be an electrical (or starter) issue with my Accord. I hadn't driven it in approximately 2 weeks, which caused the battery to fully discharge. I was able to re-charge it but when I try to start it, I get it to start for 2-3 seconds after which it shuts off. It then won't restart. This happens when starting from the battery alone or when connected to the charger. It seems that if I then disconnect the battery, I can again get the start for 2-3 seconds. I've never had this happen before and am looking for help/advice on what to do to get the car to start and stay running. Thanks in advance for any help as to what may be going on.
