 Post subject: Issue with HondaLink EV app

For about half a year now I have not been able to communicate with my Accord PHEV through the HondaLink EV app. I have been using the app since I got my Accord PHEV in 2015 to check charge level and turn on heater or AC before I get into vehicle and really appreciate this feature. For some unknown reason it just stopped working sometime last year (2020). Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you fixed it?
