This week the 2014 Honda Accord plug-in hybrid became the first vehicle to receive the California Air Resources Board’s newest, and strictest, certification. Boasting a three-hour recharge time from a standard household outlet and a 115 mpg-equivalent rating, Honda’s newest plug-in model maintains the company’s record of achieving emissions standards before most other automakers do.

Any idea what is stated in the air law that Accord Plug in just passed? But good to know that it's the only one to do so.
