Honda Motors has announced that the 2014 Accord Plug-In Hybrid will go on sale in New York and California on January 15 with a price tag of $39,7801. The new vehicle from the Japanese automaker has earned a class-leading EPA-certified 115 MPGe rating.
The Accord Hybrid will feature Honda’s new two-motor hybrid system and will be launched nationwide next summer. It is anticipated that the vehicle will deliver a class-leading2 fuel economy of 49/45/47 city/hwy/combined. Along with this the Japanese automaker also unveiled the 2013 Honda Civic at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show. The new Honda Civic Sedan, with a starting price of $18,1651, is on sale in the American market with extensive changes to reinforce its market leadership.
The 2013 Honda Civic Sedan receives all-new front and rear exterior styling. The vehicle also gets a face-lift and extensive chassis upgrades including Honda’s ACE II body structure that improves safety, ride comfort and interior quietness. Every Civic model has more popular standard features including Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, rearview camera, Pandora Interface, SMS text message feature, and steering wheel audio controls.
Apart from the 2013 Honda Civic Sedan, the thoroughly revised 2013 Honda Crosstour and 2013 Honda CR-Z made their debut at the LA Auto Show. The 2013 Honda Crosstour arrives with extensive updates to both four-cylinder and V-6 models. The 2013 Honda CR-Z Sport Hybrid Coupe comes with more power and better fuel efficiency thanks to an all-new Lithium-Ion battery pack, and a new Plus Sport System.
